Shopify Connector issues have been resolved. The incident was resolved at 16:28. We will continue to monitor the environment closely. A full post-incident review (PIR) will be conducted and shared with affected customers shortly.

The investigation stage is complete. Shopify have confirmed a partial outage with their API. Resilience measures have been automatically activated within our Shopify Connector to mitigate the incident. During this period, core functions - including Orders, Fulfilment Orders, and Inventory - may be experiencing latency within our Shopify Connector. The Dot On platform and other Connectors are unaffected. We are continuing to monitor the environment closely. We appreciate your patience.

We are currently investigating a disruption affecting the Shopify Connector service in the EU and US regions. Our Incident Management Plan has been activated, and our technical teams are currently investigating. Shopify Connector functions, including Orders and Inventory, may be unavailable or experiencing latency.
